Located at the intersection of Cascade Avenue and 6th Street in Langley, adjacent to Whidbey Island’s Center for the Arts (“WICA”), the site plan for the bungalows was developed under Langley’s cottage code. Designed with a “walking” lifestyle in mind, the site organizes the homes around shared paths and gardens—a classic pocket neighborhood.
